Rochester, New York. OptiPro, a global leader in designing and building computer controlled grinding, polishing, and measuring equipment for the precision optics and advanced ceramics industries, has begun a building addition which will accommodate a new machine tool showroom and machine assembly area.

OptiPro has begun construction on a new 15,200 square foot building addition! The addition will occupy a new machine tool showroom and an area for custom projects. The relocation of the machine tool showroom creates an additional 7,500 square feet to expand OptiPro’s machine assembly area.

“OptiPro has experienced incredible growth in all three segments of our business, making the building addition a necessity,” said Mike Bechtold, President of OptiPro. “The additional space will allow OptiPro to further enhance our ability to serve our customers in the optics, ceramics and metalworking industries.”
The addition is scheduled to be completed December 2018.
