Rochester Chamber of Commerce Tours East High School Precision Optics and Opthalmic Programs

Chamber of Commerce president, Bob Duffy, Jim Sydor from Sydor Optics, and some East High Alumni toured two program at East High School (Rochester, NY).

There are two program at East:

  1. East High School Precision Optics Manufacturing
  2. Opthalmology / Optometry Lab in the same building across the hall

While they were touring, a visiting ophthalmologist tested students’ eyes and other students shopped for frames that will be dispensed by students in the program.
