Rochester Precision Optics (RPO) has announced the appointment of Adam Dunn to Operations Program Manager. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and working closely with RPO’s engineering and design teams, Adam will manage production and procurement operations to champion project completion and ensure customer success.
“Adam’s proven expertise in business development and client acquisition provides the Operations department key subject matter knowledge to ensure our clients receive the exceptional service and timely end design products RPO is known for,” said Randy Shaw, President of RPO.
Having joined the company in 2013 in Business Development, Adam quickly rose to several management positions encompassing RPO’s Consumer Electronics Solutions and international lines of business. Most recently, Adam served as Director of Business Development and Marketing for RPO where he cultivated new lines of business and managed a robust portfolio of client innovation.
In commenting on his new role, Adam remarked that, “this new position affords exciting challenges where I can best utilize my expertise to ensure our Operations department is more in touch with customer needs and expectations, bringing more value to RPO as a whole.”
Adam received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from St. John Fisher College in 2011 and an Associate’s of Liberal Arts in Business from Monroe Community College in 2009.
