We manufacture optical disc stampers with resolutions down to 300nm at high speed. We also utilize same technology to create submicron patterns used for diffractive holographic like patterns for authentication applications. We generate our own DI water, do laser exposures on 160mm photoresist glass, nickel plating, and have AFM equipment.
