The Spring 2018 SBIR Review Meeting hosted by OptiPro Systems is less than 3 weeks away! This event highlights the exciting SBIR research from OptiPro, Optimax, CeraNova, Arizona Optical Systems, Bridger Photonics, Surmet Corporation, and Apre Instruments.

Please note: the deadline to register for the open meeting is Thursday, April 19th.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 24th at Webster Golf Club – 440 Salt Road, Webster, NY 14580. Webster Golf Club is conveniently located between OptiPro and the Holiday Inn Express – Webster, and just minutes from both. Closed meetings with individual companies will be on April 25th and 26th. The preliminary presentation schedule for the open meeting is attached. The closed meeting schedule is below.

We recommend those traveling from out of town to book their room at the Holiday Inn Express – Webster. They have blocked off rooms for attendees of the meeting at a special rate of $95 for a double queen (see flyer attached for more information). If you will need to make hotel reservations, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Rooms can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the check-in date, so there is no risk to book your room early. The phone number to the front desk is 585-872-0900. When calling to book your room, mention your association with OptiPro Systems. You may also make your reservations online by clicking here. When booking online, simply enter your arrival and departure dates as well as the group code FTG. Additional hotel options near OptiPro Systems are attached as well.

TO ATTEND CLOSED MEETINGS, PERMISSION MUST BE GRANTED BY THE NECESSARY COMPANY. PLEASE CONTACT THE SPECIFIC COMPANY DIRECTLY FOR PERMISSION.

Upon the conclusion of the Open Meeting on April 24th, all are welcome to stop by OptiPro for a networking event with wine, beer, soda and appetizers. Tour OptiPro’s 40,000 square-foot facility and view live demonstrations of the latest manufacturing and metrology equipment for precision optics and advanced ceramics.
