We recommend those traveling from out of town to book their room at the Holiday Inn Express – Webster. They have blocked off rooms for attendees of the meeting at a special rate of $98 for a double queen. All reservations need to be made prior to the cutoff date of May 4th, 2019. If you will need to make hotel reservations, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Upon the conclusion of the Open Meeting on June 4th, all are welcome to stop by OptiPro for a networking event with wine, beer, soda and appetizers. Tour OptiPro’s recently-expanded 60,000 square-foot facility and view live demonstrations of the latest manufacturing and metrology equipment for precision optics and advanced ceramics.
