ATTENDEE REQUIREMENT: Only individuals representing entities that have executed an AIM Photonics Membership Agreement or a Non-Disclosure Agreement with AIM Photonics will be permitted to attend. A copy of the standard Non-Disclosure Agreement is available here: RF-SUNY Poly AIM Photonics NDA.

The Agreement must be signed and returned by April 18 in order to be processed in time for the meeting. Note that, in the time remaining before May 2, it is unlikely that any proposed revisions to the standard Agreement will be reviewed and accepted in time for the meeting.
